Yayyyy i've finally started taking some pictures of my work. i'm really bad at cataloging and keeping track of what i make. i have pictures all over the place and they are all in different formats on different backgrounds. ive seriously started thinking about getting a website going and i think all my jewellery should be photographed on beautiful old fabric/tablecloths like the ones below. its all sweet and homey, thats my vibe, i dig it. if there is like one person out there who happens to read this blog, please give me some feedback on the photos.
I LOOOVVEEEE your stuff!!! Dis te mooi! I love the owls and the kite and the brids - OMG - I love everything! And your photo's on the old lace table cloths are gorgeous... *
ReplyDeleteyayyyyy, thanks soooo much danka!!!, im almost more excited about the fact that you left a comment!!!!!
ReplyDeleteHehe! Well, I discovered you're blog a while ago through a friend's page and I've kept an eye on it ever since... Don't stop posting.... Somewhere someone is reading what you have to say :)
ReplyDeletethe photos are lovely! That might be because I recognise the embroidery on the table cloth - I have an ancient one around here somewhere, or I remember it from my youth. But the table cloth pales in comparison to your jewellery - it' BEAUTIFUL!! very homely, love the swans esp!!
ReplyDeleteHey lady, I spread the love and posted a pic or two on my blog! So beautiful, you're the BEST! Your personality really comes through in your creations :)
ReplyDeletelovely!
ReplyDeleteI really like the first one which features some colour embroidery, would be beautiful on little napkins as well with some lettering, like on personalised handkerchiefs! x

LOVE your stuff. i have 3 of your necklaces and they are some of my favourites.
hi angie thanks for buying my jewellery!!!!! the best place to go and buy our stuff in ct is the "neigbourgoods market" in albert road, salt river. we are there every sat. from 9 to 2:30. she can catch a taxi out there if she doesnt have transport. it is the main place we sell at and then we also supply some shops like mungo and jemima in long street, blink in sea point, rhubarb room in bo-kaap....xx
ReplyDeletei'm mailing her the details right now. thanks so much
